Strathmere Tax Payers Association Meeting
Members meeting 2-11-06

Dear member
Please attend our first members meeting.
The primary objective of this meeting will be to introduce Byron Prusky Attorney from Prusky Law Associates and Barry Ludwig, MAI, CRE from Ludwig Associates. They and their two firms have been selected by the association for you to learn from and to use if you opt to, to conduct your formal tax appeal. They will be there to answer your questions, present their services, and discuss their fees.
In other news The Strathmere Tax Payers association is sending a formal letter to the Upper Township Tax Assessors office requesting the total withdraw of the current revaluation in Strathmere.We are requesting a response by 2-10-06.
Should we not receive a response or be told they cannot withdraw the reevaluation; we are preparing to move forward with legal action. Grimes &Associates will move forward with legal action to invalidate the current reevaluation, based on its incompetence.
Two points to remember
Deadline to file your tax appeal with Cape May County 4-1-06
Your taxes must be paid and current to file a tax appeal
