Urgent! 
This little doggie was found lost in Strathmere during the thunderstorm today (Tuesday 7/21) 
Do you know her or her owner?
She is currently at 9 Whittier in Strathmere. Please help get her back to her people

Summer Events in July:
Don’t miss: Terrapin Release Program – July 16 6:00pm (in our parking lot)
Movie Night for Kids – July 23 6:00pm “Song of the Sea”
Family Scavenger Hunt – July 30 7:00pm (sign up at the library)

For Adults: Weekly Morning Lecture Series – Wednesday 10:30-11:00am

Our Summer Hours will be 10-4pm Tuesday – Saturday and an additional 4-8pm on Thursday evenings. The Thursday evenings are also when we schedule our special events.


Used Book Sale:
Our SIXTH annual “Welcome Summer” Used Book Sale is over. Wow, what a great book sale! Because of the additional sale of some antique books, we had a record-breaking profit of $735.90. Thank you for the great donations all winter long. See you again in the fall for our next sale: September 4th – Sept. 26th.


Kid’s Craft Night – Wednesday 6:00-6:45pm
Please join Melissa on Wednesday evenings for this fun program. She has lots of exciting projects planned for the kids.


Raffles: 
This summer we have two new raffles:
1. Movie Night Basket (full of DVDs and movie popcorn & candy) Just $1.00 a ticket
2. Antique Book Raffle (choose one favorite book from our collection of “Rare & Antique Books”) Just $1.00 a ticket
