September: National Preparedness Month
The theme this year is “Don’t Wait. Communicate. Make Your Emergency Plan Today.”
Here at the shore we realize the importance of being prepared for emergencies. Whether it’s just moving deck furniture or making a plan for evacuation. It’s always good to PLAN ahead even when it turns out not to be necessary (like when a hurricane changes direction and drifts around in the ocean).
So, make your plan today! For more information: www.ready.gov/september
