To All Strathmere and Whale Beach Homeowners and Visitors,

Hurricane Earl - Despite rather dire predictions of gale-force winds, Earl turned out to be pretty much a dud in Strathmere. We then had an absolutely beautiful Labor Day Weekend.

We will display a plaque in honor of Elizabeth and Donald Bergus and there will be champagne / sparkling wine tasting following the business meeting. We are hoping Lizu can attend. A flyer for the meeting and the minutes from the August meeting are attached. Our new officers will assume their positions at the first of the year.

Citizens for Strathmere and Whale Beach Membership Meeting at the Firehouse at 11:00 am this Saturday, September 11. Jim Florio will discuss the August 23rd hearing and the future challenges facing the Citizens group.
