Clean-up in Strathmere info - trash, damaged household items

Trash news and SI road update:

Chief Riordan requested the following be passed on to Strathmere/Whale Beach residents.

Please set all metal, plastic & paper trash at the curb in front of your house. This includes large items like washers, dryers etc. The Township will pick that up. Other trash should be taken to the dumpster by the water tower.

The road from Sea Isle is still closed, only way into town is through Ocean City.
